Wilted Bok Choy and BBQ Salad


Healthy salad, normally using leaves of bok choy and some kinds of dressings like BBQ sauce, Vinaigrettes , Mustard Paste etc.


Ingredients:

Bok Choy
Seasonings
Sesame seeds
BBQ sauce





* Boil water in pan and wilt the Bok Choy leaves with seasonings 
* Strain it and make a mixture of BBQ sauce, seasonings and Oil
* Combine the mixture and Wilted Bok Choy and arrange that in a           plate. 
* Garnish with Sesame seeds
