Wilted Bok Choy and BBQ Salad


Healthy salad, normally using leaves of bok choy and some kinds of dressings like BBQ sauce, Vinaigrettes , Mustard Paste etc.


Ingredients:

Bok Choy
Seasonings
Sesame seeds
BBQ sauce





* Boil water in pan and wilt the Bok Choy leaves with seasonings 
* Strain it and make a mixture of BBQ sauce, seasonings and Oil
* Combine the mixture and Wilted Bok Choy and arrange that in a           plate. 
* Garnish with Sesame seeds

Ingredients: 

Bell Peppers (Red and Green)
Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
Skewers

* Cut the Bell Peppers and Cottage Cheese into Cubes
* Arrange the Cubed ones on the skewer sticks according to the color (red-white-green) and arrange in a plate and serve

Watermelon
Bocconcini Cheese

* Cut both 'Melons' into cubes
* Take Bocconcini cheese and the fruit cubes and arrange on the skewers according to the given picture

Ingredients:


Chicken Breast Cubes

Sausage 
Bell Peppers ( Red, Yellow, Green)
Seasonings
Honey
Vinegar 
Oil 








  • In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, lightly brown sausage. Set aside.
  • In a large salad bowl combine Breast cubes, Sausage, Bell Peppers, Seasonings.
  • In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and oil. Pour over salad and toss. Serve.

One of the Healthy Salad that can we prepared with minimal effort:

Winter Squash ( Pumpkin )
Ginger
Honey
Seasonings
Bell Peppers for Garnish






* Peel and dice the pumpkin and marinate with seasonings.


* Roast at 180 degree Celsius 
* Arrange the pumpkins on the plate and make a mixture of Honey- Ginger Mixture and put it on the top of roasted pumpkin
* Cut the bell peppers into julienne cut and place on the top of pumpkin

Normally using legumes as base and this is not a actual recipe. But we can easily made with this ingredients that given below :

Dissed Tomato
Mushroom
Bell peppers (Red, Green and Yellow)
Olives
Basil Leaves
Fish Fillet
Worcestershire Sauce
Seasonings



Arrange the legumes on the plate with seasonings.
Marinate the fish with Worcestershire Sauce and Seasonings and placed on the Tawa and fry it properly.....
Place that fish on the legumes and garnish with Thyme/Basil/Rosemary... etc.
