Quick and easy to make. A healthy protein boost with Chicken and Chicken Sausage.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Cubes
Sausage
Bell Peppers ( Red, Yellow, Green)
Seasonings
Honey
Vinegar
Oil
- In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, lightly brown sausage. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl combine Breast cubes, Sausage, Bell Peppers, Seasonings.
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and oil. Pour over salad and toss. Serve.
