Roasted Squash with Honey and Ginger Dressing

One of the Healthy Salad that can we prepared with minimal effort:

Winter Squash ( Pumpkin )
Ginger
Honey
Seasonings
Bell Peppers for Garnish






* Peel and dice the pumpkin and marinate with seasonings.


* Roast at 180 degree Celsius 
* Arrange the pumpkins on the plate and make a mixture of Honey- Ginger Mixture and put it on the top of roasted pumpkin
* Cut the bell peppers into julienne cut and place on the top of pumpkin
